We stand behind our platform. Every new subscriber receives a 14-day guided onboarding period with full hands-on support from our engineering team. We work to ensure your AI agent is fully configured, tested, and aligned with your business objectives before going live.
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through the Leadrix AI platform. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Leadrix AI subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Due to the customized nature of our AI agent deployment — including dedicated onboarding engineering, agent configuration, and integration setup — subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the onboarding process has been initiated.
We invest significant resources into each account from day one, including assigning dedicated specialists to configure your AI agent, map your conversational flows, and integrate with your existing tools. This work begins immediately upon account activation.
While subscription fees are non-refundable after activation, we offer a 14-day guided onboarding period as our commitment to your success:
Our guarantee is that your AI agent will be properly configured and aligned with your operational objectives within this 14-day window. If we are unable to deliver a functioning setup that meets the agreed-upon scope, we will work with you to resolve the issue or discuss appropriate remedies on a case-by-case basis.
Additional credits purchased through your dashboard or portal are non-refundable. Credits are consumed as your AI agents handle live interactions, and consumed credits cannot be restored. Unused purchased credits remain in your account balance and carry forward as long as your subscription is active.
Upon account cancellation or termination, any remaining purchased credit balance is forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the platform and your AI agents until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.
